Penny’s has over 200 years of livestock experience.
This long held practise of rearing livestock means we know our business ‘and then some’ when it comes to quality meat!
Important also, is the way we deal with the meat, and our philosophy is simple.
We hand select cuts from our own Lancashire stock and when sourcing from elsewhere (Nothing but British!) our question is always this, “Is this your best?” and if the answer isn’t yes then it’s not for us!
That’s our tradition, it’s the way we’ve always done things and the way we always will!
All our meat is hung for no less than 35 days making sure everything we provide is of the best quality.
