Scallop and chorizo linguine with a lemon parsley butter sauce
Thai seafood casserole served with saffron scented rice.
Red pesto, rocket and parmesan gnocchi.
Peppered Goosnargh duck breast sreved with sweet potato rosti,
baby vegetables and a juniper berry jus.
Fillet of beef with dauphinoise potatoes, wilted spinach,
seared king prawns and a red wine jus.
10 oz Rib eye steak, rocket and parmesan salad, grilled
tomatoes,hand cut chips & bernaise sauce.

Payment & Ticket Information

This offer will sell out and we urge you to book as soon as possible. A £ 50 non-refundable deposit is payable now with the balance due in April 2012. All major credit & debit cards, paypal, ebanking and cheques are accepted. Payments are handled on-line by secure servers at Paypal and we do not record your card details.

Due to ticket sales regulations the package does not include the cost of an admission ticket. These must be purchased in your name. They will be available on the gate on the day or in advance and we will provide you with full information and assistance in purchasing tickets. Admission Ticket prices for 2012 are £60 per person per day for advance purchase or £70 on the gate. As an example this would budget the entire package on Saturday at around £229 + vat including ticket.
